    Platform pages and brand kit

    Eleven marketing pages went live alongside a first-pass brand kit. The site now has dedicated routes for every tier feature instead of cramming them into the landing page.

    • Eleven Platform pages live under /platform covering Project Tracker, watchlist, the analysis pipeline, cross analysis compare, and the tier feature surfaces.
    • Tier 1 brand kit: icon set, PWA manifest, theme color, branded social cards across share surfaces.
    • Brand illustration prompt kit for consistent generation downstream.

    • Renamed /niches to /analyses across the site to match the product noun.

    Tour expansion and login flow fixes

    Added

    • Onboarding tour now covers the full dashboard surface, not just the landing tile.

    Fixed

    • Login redirect now returns you to the page you came from after a magic link round trip instead of dumping you on the dashboard root.
    • Killed an LCP flicker on /login and /signup on hard refresh.

    Polish round, search, and the weekly digest

    A grab bag release closing out the second polish pass. Search ships as Postgres full text, the digest goes out Mondays, and the mobile gutter stops eating content on narrow screens.

    Billing portal, watchlist persistence, and shareable samples

    • Billing portal: update card, change plan, cancel from the dashboard. Cancellation keeps delivered analyses accessible.
    • Watchlist persists to your account. Saved niches survive logout and sync across devices.
    • Public /sample route so you can read a real analysis without signing up.
    • Status badge on each analysis row (Preliminary, Complete, Refused) so you can tell at a glance which delivered fully.

    Improved

    • Open Graph cards on share surfaces now render the analysis title and verdict instead of a generic logo.

    Idea Lab, salvage flow, and runner orchestration

    Idea Lab opens up a chat driven path into an analysis when you do not have a fixed niche to submit yet. The salvage flow handles the edge case where a deep dive niche turns out to be ungroundable.

    • Idea Lab: chat driven intake that turns a half formed thesis into a structured analysis brief.
    • Salvage UI for the rare case where the pipeline cannot ground the top-ranked niche. Offers a free rerun credit and three alternative angles to try.
    • Background runner configured so long pipeline jobs survive without holding an HTTP connection.

    Pricing, legal, billing scaffold, and delivery email

    Added

    • Pricing page with the four tiers (Starter, Explorer, Hunter, Operator) and an annual toggle.
    • Terms of service and Privacy Policy pages.
    • Checkout, subscription state, and billing webhook handling shipped end to end.
    • Branded magic link sign in and the delivery email template.

    Changed

    • Site rebranded to The Detective across the front end with a refreshed animation system.
